Shanta Crawford-Hill, MBA, is the founder of Crawford-Hill Insurance Agency.

Her professional background spans commercial insurance, commercial finance, and asset ownership — including direct experience with business ownership, investment structures, and the operational risks that accompany growth and acquisition.

Through her work alongside business owners, contractors, transportation companies, commercial property investors, and multi-family and industrial property owners, she developed a firsthand understanding of what is actually at stake when coverage gaps go unaddressed.

Shanta founded Crawford-Hill Insurance Agency to bridge that gap — building an independent brokerage focused not on policy placement alone, but on protecting the assets, operations, and long-term objectives of the clients she serves.
