Our founder, Shanta Crawford-Hill, MBA, brings a background that spans commercial insurance, commercial finance, and direct experience with asset ownership and investment structures. That perspective — understanding not just the policies but the businesses, properties, and operations behind them — is what sets Crawford-Hill apart from a conventional insurance office.

We are an independent commercial broker, not a captive agent. We are not tied to any single carrier. We access more than 20 admitted and surplus lines markets to build coverage programs tailored to how our clients actually operate — not how a standard policy form defines them.
